Dr. Regina Hill, MD

Dr. Hill attended the University of Akron prior to receiving her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Her residency in Obstertrics and Gynecology was completed at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, after which she began her clinical practice in the Westlake area. Dr. Hill is affiliated with St. John Westshore Hospital, where she currently serves as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Fairview General Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Hill has long been an advocate of quality patient care, serving on the Ohio State Medical Board's Quality Intervention Panel. Her clinical interests are centered on advanced gynecological care - including minimally invasive and advanced laparascopic surgery. She prides herself on her complete approach to the female urogenital system, including the diagnosis and treatment of urinary incontinence, the management of abnormal pap smears, and office based procedures to diagnose and treat common disorders of menstruation.

Dr. Hill currently resides in Westlake, along with her husband, her two children, and her dog Zoe.

Amanda Cogar

Amanda Cogar, our Front Desk Receptionist, joined our office staff in August 2009. She studied at the University of Akron for 3 years and is now studying part-time at Cuyahoga Community College for Accounting. She is a very hardworking individual and she always puts the patients first.

Amanda lives with her fiancé, Jesse, in Parma, OH. They are still working on details for a wedding date but it is in the works. They have two cats, Oreo and Brooke. In her off-time, Amanda loves GeoCaching and working on puzzle games.

Tammy Phillips

Tammy Phillips, our Sonographer and Front Office Manager, joined our staff in 2009. She is a graduate of Kent State University and Sanford-Brown. Before becoming a Sonographer, Tammy spent 11 years working as a retail manager and then took time off to be a stay-at-home mom.

Tammy and her husband, Al, were married in 1996 and currently reside in Brunswick, OH. Al is employed by Sunnyside Toyota. They have two beautiful daughters, Mikaela (1999) and Paige (2001). Tammy enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Most free time however is spent taking her daughters to dance lessons and traveling to dance competitions!

Nancy Scaglione

Nancy Scaglione RN WHNP-BC is a board certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience delivering quality health care to her patients. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and advanced her training at the University of Wisconsin where she completed a Nurse Practitioner certificate program in Women’s Health. She is currently a Full Time Graduate student at Ursuline College where she will complete her Master’s Degree and will be eligible for certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Nancy enjoys working with patients in all areas of Gynecology including but not limited to Family Planning and contraception, perimenopause/menopause, preconception counseling as well as medical management of menstrual disorders. Her particular passion and area of expertise is working with women with acute and chronic vulvovaginal disorders including vulvar pain, painful intercourse, abnormal vaginal discharge and chronic vaginitis. She was fortunate to work with a nationally recognized expert in this specialized field for 18 years in Wisconsin before she relocated back to her home state of Ohio earlier this year.

Nancy Currently resides in Wadsworth where she lives with her husband, son and dog Joey. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening and travel.

Deb Skoglund

Deb Skoglund, RN, has a wide range of experience in the nursing field. She received her Master- In-Science (MSN) degree from the University of Akron. After specializing in Urodynamic Testing, she has been working with Dr. Hill since 2009. She also works at St. John Medical Center as an OB/GYN nurse.

Deb has two sons and lives in Westlake with her husband Dave. In her free time she loves to play tennis, garden and sew.

Katie Fegen

Katie Fegen, our Billing Specialist, is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford Ohio. She recently joined our practice in the end of 2011. She has over twenty years of medical billing experience.

Katie currently resides in Westlake with her partner Chris. Between them, they have six teenage boys, one dog and two cats. In her free time she enjoys sailing, skiing, reading and travel.

Diana Rodriguez

Diana (Dee-Ana) Rodriguez, Dr. Hill’s Medical Assistant, was born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and is fully bilingual in Spanish. She is a graduate from Bryant and Stratton College with the degree in Medical Assisting. She has been in Medical Assisting for over five years. At this time Diana is returning to school to work on her degree to become a Registered Nurse.

Diana currently lives in Brunswick with her three children, Trevor, Jenna and Nicky. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her boys playing video games and scrapbooking and stamping with her daughter. She also enjoys riding motorcycles with her boyfriend Dennis.
